Man Shot In Los Altos Hills Home Expected To Survive [UPDATE]
BREAKING: The still-unidentified suspect was arrested on attempted murder charges.

LOS ALTOS HILLS, CA – A man found shot at a Los Altos Hills home on Friday has been arrested and remains at a hospital where he's expected to survive his injuries, a Santa Clara County sheriff's spokesman said this morning.
The man, whose name hasn't been released, is suspected of attempted murder following a shooting reported just after 11 a.m. Friday at a home on Oak Knoll Circle, sheriff's Sgt. Richard Glennon said.
Arriving deputies set up a perimeter around the residence and soon found the injured man who was transported to a hospital and underwent surgery, Glennon said.

The man was later arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, Glennon said. Further details weren't immediately available this morning.
Deputies found a firearm at the scene and believe the weapon is associated with the man, according to Glennon. No other injuries were reported.

People inside the home followed deputies' orders to leave the building and were interviewed as part of the investigation, according to Glennon.
Sheriff's officials haven't identified who shot at the man or the relationship between the suspect and people in the home, Glennon said.
Residents in the area were told to shelter in place for about two and a half hours during the investigation, according to Glennon.
