Pilates for All Levels in Los Altos Hills

Pilates - All levels

Work toward your healthier body and happier self! By practicing Pilates you can achieve a number of health benefits. The class is designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, balance and flexibility and tone the entire body from deep within as you are taken through safe exercises that will be both challenging and fun! On top of the body strengthening benefits it is also scientifically proven that Pilates clears your mind, gives you energy and inner serenity.

All ages, all levels appropriate and all you need is mat! The props will be provided ie. mini balls and resistance bands. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Location: Town Council Chambers

Session 2 and 3 Fees: $100 Residents
$114 Non-residents

INSTRUCTOR PROFILE: Emilia Wysocka-Treder

Emilia is a certified Pilates Instructor. She became a teacher to spread her passionate love for Pilates. Emilia truly believes this practice has a great health outcome - not only for your body, but also for your mind. She is constantly improving herself as a teacher, therefore, always has fresh knowledge and new, exciting exercises to share with you! Emilia’s classes are filled with humor, and joy. The exercises that she chooses are challenging yet safe for all. She is always there to modify based on your needs! Emilia is very passionate about working toward fulfilling your fitness goals.
