Misdemeanor Warrant

12:58 p.m., 4800 Block of El Camino Real. Police made a misdemeanor warrant arrest.

Signal Repair

3:30 p.m., West El Camino Real at San Antonio Road. Caller reported a traffic signal malfunction. Responding officer determined signal was working correctly.

Solicitor

6:27 p.m., Alicia Way and Jardin Drive. Solicitor complaint. Police responded and reprimanded, then released the subject.

Identity Theft

7:00 p.m., 10 Block of N. San Antonio Road. Caller reported an identity theft. Report taken by responding officer.

Aug. 4

Suspicious Person

1:50 a.m., 60 Block of Doud Drive. Caller reported an unknown person knocking on the front door of a residence. Police responded, but were unable to locate the person.

Commercial Alarm

9:24 a.m., 1100 Block of Covington Road. Police responded to a report of a commercial alarm sounding. The alarm activation was determined to be a user error.

Gas Leaf Blower Violation

10:24 a.m., 1400 Block of Brookmill Road. Gas-powered leaf blower, Officer made contact and subject was advised.

General Tow

11:33 a.m., 2310 Homestead Road (Foothill Crossings shopping center). Private property tow.

Wire Down

6:27 p.m., 200 Block of Cuesta Drive. Report of a wire down in the street. Police referred the matter to the telephone company.

Drunk in Public

11:59 p.m., 400 Block of Distel Drive. Report of a subject intoxicated in public. Officers responded and made an arrest.

Aug. 5

Driving Under the Influence

4:36 a.m., Foothill Expressway and South Springer Road. Report of a non-injury accident. Police arrested the subject on suspicion of drunken driving.

Suspicious Person

10:25 p.m., 400 Block of Distel Drive. Caller reported a suspicious person in the area. Responding officers made contact with subject and determined there was no crime committed.

Felony Warrant

3:08 p.m., 500 Block of Pine Lane. Police made a felony warrant arrest. Subject booked into Santa Clara County Jail.

General Tow

4:39 p.m., 2310 Homestead Road (Foothill Crossings shopping center). Private property tow advisement.
5:06 p.m., 2310 Homestead Road (Foothill Crossings shopping center). Private property tow advisement.

Panic Alarm

5:10 p.m., 700 Block of University Ave. Residential panic alarm activation. Responding officers contacted the residents and determined there was a user error.

Aug. 6

Noisy Animal

12:06 a.m., 70 Block of Angela Drive. Barking dog complaint. Responding officers noted a violation, and referred the matter to code enforcement.
