Police Reports: Attempted Burglary, Vehicles Towed, Gas Leaf Blower Tickets

The Los Altos Police Department was busy calling for vehicles to be towed from State Street on Thursday. Two were towed from the 100 block, with two more towed from the 200 block. One vehicle owner got there in the nick of time and moved their vehicle. The car owners will have to pay the cost of tickets, towing and storage. Check twice for ‘No Parking’ signs before leaving your vehicle.

There was a report of an attempted burglary in the 1800 block of Alford Avenue.

And gardeners were firing-up gas powered leaf blowers like crazy. There were reports on Holt Avenue, Richardson Avenue, Deodra Drive and Paco Drive. Several citations were issued.
