Coronavirus: Santa Clara County COVID-19 Case Count Tops 1,000
The county reported 63 new COVID-19 cases, bringing its total to 1,019. The county also reported for new deaths from the new coronavirus.
SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA – Santa Clara's Public Health Department reported 63 new cases of the new coronavirus Thursday, bringing the countywide total of people who tested positive for COVID-19 to 1,019.
Of that total, 198 COVID-19 patients in the county are currently hospitalized.
The county also announced four new COVID-19-related deaths, bringing the countywide total to 36.
