The Feathered Ones Among Us: Los Gatos Photos Of The Week

Patch loves photos! Share your photos with Patch and your work could be featured.

LOS GATOS, CA – It's easy, at times, to overlook the unique beauty of birds, the feathered friends who live among us. And lucky for us, Patch readers Jeffery and Susan Lee recently snapped and shared two amazing shots of an egret and geese from Vasona Lake County Park in Los Gatos.

The snowy egret is striking against the dark slate-colored water, and the Canadian geese appear to be playing "King of the Hill" on a wood-chip pile.

These photos were recent catches on the Lees' regular walks along the Los Gatos Creek Trail.
