When the Library pulls your holds, you will receive an email that tells you that you can pick up your items Monday – Friday between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm on the Library front patio. Please bring a copy of your pick-up confirmation, either on your phone or printed, and staff will run in and grab your books, which have all been packaged. Please wear a face mask, follow the arrows on the ground in front of the Library, and stay 6 feet apart from anyone in line and from Library staff. If you have questions, you can either send staff a chat through the chatbox on the website (www.losgatosca.gov/library), or email to library@losgatosca.gov.
