Los Gatos Town Introduces New E-Bidding Service
Following the close of bids, the Town Engineer will be able to open the bids electronically and notify all bidders within a short period.

The Town has implemented a new e-bidding service by ReproConnect for accepting bids electronically for various public works projects.

This new online system will enable the PPW staff to continue to invite and accept bids even during the current shelter-in-place order. Prospective bidders will have an ability to view and submit bid documents online and the town staff will be able to view all bids received by closing date and time. Following the close of bids, the Town Engineer will be able to open the bids electronically and notify all the bidders within a short period. Implementation of this online system will enable the Town to move forward on various public works projects even during the current challenging times.
Bidders will continue to view, purchase, and download bid documents from the Town’s current bid management vendor Prints Charles Reprographics.
