
A man was killed in a solo vehicle collision in Los Gatos early Thursday morning, according to police.
The collision was reported near Shannon and Short roads around midnight. Officers and fire firefighters found a vehicle off the road, with a male driver in his 40s inside, police said.
The driver was pronounced dead of his injuries at the scene.

His identity has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.
