- Rashaad Scott, 29, of San Jose, Aug. 31, 10:30 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for DUI.
- Theodore Yong, 54, of Santa Clara, Aug. 31, 1:30 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for DUI.
- Samira Jbr, 21, of Gilroy, Aug. 31, 2 p.m., at Dana and Butterfield in Morgan Hill, for DUI.
Burglary
- Christian Mungaray, 38, of Morgan Hill, Aug. 31, 2:15 p.m., at San Jose Hall of Justice, 200 W. Hedding and San Pedro streets, for felony second-degree burglary and petty theft with specified priors. Bail set at $200,000.
- Dontavious Williams, 26, of San Jose, Aug. 31, 1:10 p.m., at No. Wolfe Road in Cupertino, for felony re-arrest for probation violation, misdemeanor possession of burglary tools, felony possession of stolen property, felony conspiracy and felony first-degree burglary.
- Andres Arias Flores, 27, of San Jose, Aug. 31, 1:10 p.m., at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Miller in Cupertino, for felony re-arrest for probation violation, misdemeanor possession of burglary tools, felony selling or aiding in selling stolen property, felony conspiracy and felony first-degree burglary.

- Amber Phillpis, 33,of Milpitas, Aug. 31, 3:50 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for misdemeanor selling or aiding in selling stolen property.
Under the Influence
- Matthew Farley, 32, of Santa Clara, Aug. 31, 2:45 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
- Frank Perez, 43, of Palo Alto, Aug. 31, 6:22 p.m., at El Camino and Galvez in Palo Alto, for misdemeanor being under the influence of alcohol/drugs/controlled substance. Bail set at $250.

- Matthew Youngleibowitz, 23, of Oakland, Aug. 31, 2 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for felony giving/selling/transporting 28.5 grams or one ounce of marijuana and misdemeanor giving/transporting 28.5 or one ounce of marijuana/hash and fraudulent use of identification card.
- Jack Faraday, 18, of Cupertino, Aug. 29, 2 p.m., at McClellan and Bubb in Cupertino, for infractions related to railroad crossing and possession of marijuana in vehicle.
Criminal Threats
- Paul Carmona, 19, of Sunnyvale, Aug. 31, 2 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for felony obstructing/resisting a peace officer and threats to commit crime resulting in injury.
Indecent Exposure
- Francisco Pasaye, 23, of Sunnyvale, Aug. 31, 4:50 p.m., at Jollyman and De La Forge in Cupertino, for misdemeanor indecent exposure. Bail set at $5,000.
Vehicle Code Violations
- Bajis Khamis, 33, of San Jose, Aug. 23, 8:25 a.m., at Foothill and Cristo Rey in Cupertino, for infractions related to windshield violation, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
- Robert Saenz, 47, of San Jose, Aug. 22, 3:20 p.m., at Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Kirmont Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving when license is suspened or revoked and an infraction related to a motor vehicle and motorized bicycle.
- Russell Varguez, 35, of Los Gatos, Aug. 23, 7 a.m., Highway 85 and De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and infraction related to driver not stopping when facing a red light.
