The Town of Los Gatos is developing objective standards for the review of qualifying projects and invites the public to participate in a community meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. via teleconference.

In compliance with recent State legislation, objective standards must be implemented in the streamlined review of qualifying multi-family housing and mixed-use development applications.  

The meeting Zoom link and more information on objective standards are available on the Town website at www.losgatosca.gov/2729/Objective-Standards.

The Town encourages the public to send in written comments via email to planning@losgatosca.gov.  All comments received will become part of the record.  The community can also provide oral comments in real-time by attending the Zoom meeting.
