Town of Los Gatos Planning Commission Considers Proposed Chapter 29 Amendments
The new State law requires small and large daycare homes to be allowed by right in all districts where residential uses are allowed.

On Wednesday, February 26, 2020, the Planning Commission will consider proposed amendments to Chapter 29 (Zoning Regulations) of the Town Code to align with new State law regarding family daycare homes.

The meeting agenda will be published no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2020. Once published, you may view the agenda and related staff report on the Town website.
The community is welcome to submit written comments to Diego Mora at dmora@losgatosca.gov. Written comments received before 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2020, will be forwarded to the Planning Commission. The public is encouraged to attend the February 26, 2020 Planning Commission meeting at 7:00 p.m.
