The Town is requesting proposals from qualified firms to prepare a Transportation Impact Fee Study to develop a Transportation Impact Fee Program.

The recommended program will be presented to the Town Council for its consideration. If adopted, the Transportation Impact Fee Program will replace the Town’s current Traffic Impact Mitigation Fees.
