It's PG&E (kymkemp.com) — If you see or hear low-flying helicopters over Lower Lake this month, PG&E crews are surveying local powerlines and nearby vegetation for wildfire risks. Flights run daily, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., through late May across Lake County, with helicopters sometimes hovering as low as 200 feet while collecting LiDAR data to guide safety upgrades.
