'Kindness Is Free:' Check Out Malibu's Latest Mural
Malibu's latest mural is part of a pledge taken by hundreds of people to promote kindness and inclusivity.

MALIBU, CA —Hundreds of people showed up at the Boys and Girls Club of Malibu last week to help create the Kindness Mural — a symbol of a collective dedication to kindness and inclusivity toward all people.
Created by Malibu artist and club alum Alice Howe, the mural is a component of the Kindness is Free campaign, which aims to empower youth and provide tools to better understand kindness through mindfulness. It's meant as a way to improve social and emotional behavior and improve the safety of communities, according to organizers.
Participants signed the mural as part of their commitment to the Kindness Pledge.
