AYSO’S EARLY REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL 2014 SEASON IS ON SATURDAY, MAY 3, 2014

ALL RETURNING AND NEW PLAYERS MUST PRE-REGISTER ONLINE. 

To Pre-Register your children (must
be 4 by 8/31/14) online at www.eayso.org
follow the instructions and complete or update the player/parent info. Bring two copies of the pre-registration form along
with your completed and signed Volunteer Form and a check to registration. The registration
fee -for this registration only- is discounted to $165/child. If a child did not participate in AYSO last year, a
copy of the birth certificate or passport of that child is required for
registration.    FYI – THERE WILL BE A
SECOND REGISTRATION ON MAY 17TH  – REGISTRATION FEE -
$200.

The
pre-registration process is simple to use and the program will walk you through
the steps. If you have a problem logging on to your own Volunteer or
Child’s Account please call
 AYSO (800-872-2976) for User ID (usually
your “email address”) or password problems.
