Malibu's Youth Water Polo U14 team won all four games at the final Central Coastal Division League tournament this past weekend at Oxnard High School. The final match was against the Oxnard Titans.
The boys fought hard all season, losing just one game. They came into the Oxnard tournament as a united team and worked together with intensity and focus, which made them unstoppable. The coaches—Hayden Goldberg, Colby Trivette, and Jamie Jacobson—did an incredible job inspiring this team to become champions.
The team members are Lucas Gorak, Max Carson, Rayna Ney, Phillip Campanella, Spenser Sinding, Bodhi Schulz, Zoe Detweiler, Hans Cole, Everest Brady, Owen McBreen, Ben Tran, Charlie Djiker and Kai Schulz.
