MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Traffic at the 405 on-ramp on Rosecrans Avenue was shut down due to police activity in the area, according to the Manhattan Beach Police Department.

Authorities advised travelers to avoid the area and consider alternative routes while the investigation was ongoing.

Police cleared the area and traffic resumed normal flow just before 3 p.m.
