Father's Day Beach Volleyball Tournament on Sunday

Before the customary card-exchange and sit-down meal, show Dad you care this Father's Day by hitting the sand with him in the Third Annual Father's Day Beach Volleyball Tournament on June 20.

Co-sponsored by the City of Manhattan Beach's Parks & Recreation Department and the California Beach Volleyball Association, this tournament offers fathers the opportunity to play beach volleyball with their kids. Children of all ages and ability levels of play are accommodated. Former AVP players, as well as "weekend warriors" are welcome—as long as your partner is your child.

This tournament is also a chartable fundraiser for the non-profit, Project Fatherhood, an organization that celebrates the unique role dads play in their kids' lives. Project Fatherhood is a Torrance-based organization that mentors young fathers and all tournament proceeds are donated to this worthy cause.
