"This summer is a unique moment for our sport, and we're focused on showing up in a big way for our fans and communities across the region," Tom Braun, president and chief operating officer of the Galaxy, said in a statement. "By expanding the scope of the Soccer Celebration with more programming, more locations, and more ways to engage, we're creating a consistent place for people to come together, experience the game, and be part of something that feels truly special."

The club said the events will include large-screen match broadcasts, music, sponsor activations, giveaways and family-friendly activities.

The Galaxy will also host youth soccer clinics in Long Beach and Hermosa Beach for children in multiple age groups. Some clinics will be free, while others will require registration fees.

In Santa Monica, the LA Galaxy Foundation will partner with Michelob Ultra on a separate event benefiting the foundation, although additional details have not yet been released.

The Soccer Celebration will coincide with the World Cup, which will be hosted in North America beginning in June. Los Angeles is scheduled to host multiple tournament matches at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.
