
This is an open workshop for anyone looking to advance his or her personal practice! Instructor Julie Rader will lead you through a challenging sequence that brings you into poses you have always wanted to try.
Each week we will build up to a specific pose or group of poses. The sequence will properly warm the body up to experience the fullest expression of each pose.
