Advance Your Yoga Practice

This is an open workshop for anyone looking to advance his or her personal practice! Instructor Julie Rader will lead you through a challenging sequence that brings you into poses you have always wanted to try.

Each week we will build up to a specific pose or group of poses. The sequence will properly warm the body up to experience the fullest expression of each pose.

  • April 30th: Hip Opening & Back Bends
  • May 7th: Deep Hip Openers
  • May 14th: Spring Cleaning Detox Flow
  • May 21st: Energizing Flow
  • May 28th: No Class - Memorial Day Holiday
  • June 4th: Deep Backbends
  • June 11th: Arm Balancing
  • June 18th: Inversions
