FREE Tai Chi for Older adults and Seniors at Joslyn center

  Join Sean Shahab Medi, certified Tai Chi and Qigong instructor to take advantage of Tai chi exercises at the Joslyn community center currently on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month in the auditorium.

Tai Chi and Qigong exercises improve balance, concentration, flexibilty and strength and aid in increased vitality and longevity.
