Maximum Boot Camp kicks off it's latest session on August 29th. Join us for our 4 week, high intensity, results oriented, fitness boot camp program. Classes held at 5:30am, 6:30am, and 9:15am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and at 5:30pm and 6:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Adam Kalt, Founder of Maximum Boot Camp, leads the program, based around his M.X.I. Training, which includes Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Training, and Plyometrics. All Classes also include 10 Minutes of Intense Core Training. With over 500 Success Stories in just over 3 1/2 years, this is the place to be for serious results.
