Older adults in the South Bay area are invited to join Dance 1 for their free tap dance series in the month of November. The series will introduce the basics of tap and promises to be a fun way to stay active and be social. It is open to all levels, ages 55+.

About Dance 1:
Dance 1 is an inviting and family-friendly studio dedicated to providing solid dance skills, while encouraging a love of dance. Our state-of-the-art location has 5 studios with floating floors, a student lounge and homework room, an in-studio dancewear boutique, and a parent waiting area.
We offer an extensive schedule for both children and adults. Our offerings include ballet, tap, hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, musical theater, kids’ yoga and more. We also offer adult exercise classes. All skill levels are welcome.
