Update: Freeway Flooding Shuts Down Connector Ramps
At least three spin-outs have been reported, according to the CHP.

Freeway flooding has temporarily shut down the eastbound and westbound connectors from the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway to the Glen Anderson (105) Freeway on the border between Hawthorne and Lennox, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At least three spin-outs have been reported, according to the CHP. No injuries have been reported.
