MANHATTAN BEACH, CA – Don't worry, there's no fire in Manhattan Beach. The Chevron Refinery in El Segundo is conducting a large burn off Monday morning, according to the Manhattan Beach Police Department.
There is no threat to the community, police said. Chevron told authorities that the flames and smoke are a result of a burn off of petroleum product, and the fire is under control.
