Silver Alert: Manhattan Beach 88-Year-Old Man Missing

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA -- Police on Thursday sought the public's help in locating an 88-year-old man who went missing in Manhattan Beach and suffers from poor memory and hearing.

Theodore Garcia was last seen Monday at his home, according to Manhattan Beach police.

Garcia's vehicle -- a 1998 white, blue and green Dodge van with the California license plate 4DSA363 -- is also missing.

Garcia has been known to frequent local casinos, police said.

Garcia is 5 feet 8 inches tall, bald and has brown eyes. His race or ethnicity were not disclosed, but in a photo released by police he appears to be Hispanic or white.
