Waking up with the waves on Monday, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Manhattan Beach Patch surf report.
Well, it's still showing some decent size, but the shape isn't looking so good, due to that early morning low tide. Look for things to improve once that tide turns around and fills in a bit!
The conditions are nicely groomed with a light offshore wind this morning. We've got a mix of mostly holding northwest swell and a touch of southwest energy in the water. That's offering some fast and fairly walled lines, with a few good makeable shoulders.

Most Manhattan Beach spots are running about waist to shoulder high with the focal points pulling head high waves, with a few overhead sets.
At 6:31 this morning the tide dropped to a 1.2 low and then climbs up to a 4.1 high at 12:15 this afternoon, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. If you're planning on paddling, throw on at least that 3/2 fullsuit and possibly the booties, with the water temp hanging between 56 and 58 degrees. See ya in the water!
