Surf Conditions Just Fair
Modest crumbly and bumpy action out there but get wet anyway. It's a beautiful day at the beach!

Waking up with the waves on Friday, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Manhattan Beach Patch surf report. Well, we've got a pretty good amount of action in the water, but those conditions are looking a little crummy early on.
Most spots are already seeing some texture or bump on the water. There's mainly a modest dose of northwest windswell and very little south southeast energy out there.
That recipe is making for some crumbly and bumpy sectiony lines, with a few decent corners. Most Manhattan Beach spots are seeing waist to chest high waves, with the focal points pulling some shoulder high plus sets.

According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, at 8:07 this morning the tide climbs up to a 3.9 high, which will have some spots starting off a little inconsistent early to mid-morning. The tide then drops to a 1.0 low at 1:48 this afternoon.
If you're going to get wet, well that water temperature has cooled off a bit again, so you just might want to wear that 4/3 fullsuit and possibly the booties, with it averaging between 56 and 58 degrees. Good luck out there!
