Suspect Arrested in Manhattan Beach Home Burglaries

Police arrested a 19-year-old man suspected of burglarizing homes in Manhattan Beach.

A 19-year-old man suspected in a pair of burglaries in Manhattan Beach was being held today in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Bershawn Terrell Randolph of Los Angeles was stopped by officers about 10 p.m. Thursday as he left the residential neighborhood where the burglaries took place, according to Manhattan Beach police Detective Taylor Klosowski.

“He had in his possession property belonging to the victims,” Klosowski alleged.

The burglaries took place in the 1600 and 1700 blocks of Elm Avenue, the detective said.

Randolph is expected to be in court on Monday.
