Good Tuesday morning surfers, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Manhattan Beach Patch surf report. Well, unless you have a longboard or a Stand Up Paddleboard, it's probably not worth paddling. Yep, we're seeing a very tiny amount of swell out there today!
There's some nice and groomed conditions from the start, with a very small dose of energy in the water--a combination of south southwest swell and a touch of northwest energy.
That recipe is providing some soft and weak lines, with the occasional workable shoulder with the small wave equipment. Most Manhattan Beach spots are running about ankle to knee high, with the standout south facing breaks seeing a few waist high sets.

Checking the tides thanks to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, at 10:37 this morning it pushes up to a 3.7 high and then drops to a 1.8 low at 3:30 this afternoon.
If you're planning on paddling, you'll want to wear at least a 3/2 fullsuit and maybe the booties, with the water temp hanging between 58 and 59 degrees. Good luck out there!!
