Burned and Bound Body Found in Playa Vista
Man was secured to a fence on Mesmer Avenue. Police are investigating.

The burned body of a man bound to a fence was found Friday in Playa Vista.
Police were notified of the discovery in the 5700 block of Mesmer Avenue about 7:15 a.m., Los Angeles Police Department Officer Rosario Herrera said.
It was not immediately known if the body was bound by chain or rope, or if it was found in a commercial or residential section of Playa Vista, Herrera said.
