• Martinez man charged with crushing ICE agent's foot during escape (ktvu.com) — Federal prosecutors say a Martinez man, Jesus Garcia-Cobarrubias, is wanted on charges of assaulting a federal officer after allegedly accelerating his car during an early-morning arrest attempt and crushing an ICE agent's foot outside a Martinez residence. The injured agent was hospitalized with a crushed foot, and Garcia-Cobarrubias remains a fugitive as of Sept. 9.
