Did You Know You Can Get Legal Forms at Contra Costa Public Law Library?

It's a one-stop shop with wills, tax documents, court forms and more at the three county branches. Or you can print from home.

The Contra Costa Public Law Library, with branches in Martinez, Richmond and Pittsburg, provides access to legal forms for personal and business use.

A few examples of the types of forms available:

Power of Attorney - We have a large number of resources for preparing a Power of Attorney, including resources that describe the different types of Powers of Attorney, which provide examples on how to prepare the Power of Attorney.

Wills - The Library has many resources on preparing a will, including resources written for the non-lawyer, such as Living wills & powers of attorney for California

Tax Forms - We have access to Federal and State tax forms.

Real Estate Forms - The Library has many resources on preparing Grant and Quit Claim Deeds, leases, as well as forms and information about the eviction process.

Court forms - We have access to all California court forms, including local court forms.

Whatever your needs, the forms are available for printing in the Library. The cost to print is only 20 cents per page.
