Free Pizza Slice For Those In Different Colored Shoes Saturday in Martinez!

The first 20 customers wearing different colored shoes will receive a free slice of pizza Saturday -- May 3 -- from Moonstruck -- a new food-truck business that will be parked at the Martinez Marina.

The Moonstruck truck will be at 7 N, Court St. from 11 a.m to 3 p.m. as part of the weekly Martinez Street Eats.

Moonstruck serves pizza and such creative comfort food as mac & cheese, a customer favorite, created by Chef Alex, a certified chef from Spain who specialized in Nouvelle Cuisine at high-end restaurants.

Now, in a very different environment, he is happy to share his love of food --especially pizza-- with his customers in the Bay Area.

Local produce and all-natural ingredients used when possible, and vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
