House Hunt: Video Tour Of A Historic Martinez Home
This house was built for Judge Bray in 1916, just a few stone throws away from the courthouse.
We met with Jennifer Griessel of Prudential California Realty last week for a private showing of 1304 Highland Avenue.
This is a 3 bedroom 3 bath home with 3,300 sq ft of living space and is currently listed at $975,000. The home was built for Judge Bray in 1916 and is an easy walk to the courthouse. The house underwent renovation in 2003 by the current owners, updating all the electrical, heating and cooling as well. Some parts of the home were left the same like the master bath that's just to cool to update.
Walking through this property I noticed the windows bring in a lot of light. I saw views of downtown Martinez and the Carquinez Strait throughout much of the home.

I counted two offices, a hobby room and lots of closets. This house really has everything. Downstairs features a theater room including a bar and a wine storage area. Don't take my word for it, make sure to look through the photos and check out the video.
