Martinez Police Arrest Man For Burglarizing Verizon Store
Police recovered 10 stolen Apple and Samsung phones,they report.

Police arrested a man Monday morning, in connection with a burglary at a Verizon store, in which ten brand new cellphones were taken.
At 7:54 a.m., police received a call to report that a security alarm had been activated at a Verizon store in the 1000 block of Arnold Drive, police said. When officers arrived at the store, offices determined the suspect had taken 10 new Apple and Samsung cellphones, according to police.
Officers were able to trace the cellphones to a home in the 4400 block of Webster Street in Oakland, police said.

Just a few hours after the burglary had been reported, assisting officers with the Oakland Police Department were able to locate the suspect, identified as 38-year-old Un Ho Kim, according to police.
Detectives from Martinez then responded to Oakland and executed a search warrant for the Webster Street residence, where detectives were able to recover the stolen phones, police said.

Detectives arrested Kim on suspicion of commercial burglary and booked him at the Contra Costa County Jail, according to police.
