• Serial Lafayette residential burglary suspect from Martinez arrested (contracostaherald.com) — Martinez residents are learning more about a local man accused in a string of Lafayette home burglaries, who was arrested after searches at his Alhambra Way residence and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on multiple felony charges. Authorities say he has a lengthy arrest history and runs a Martinez-based electrical business, while the investigation continues and his next court hearing is set in Martinez Superior Court.

Community members, including people from Martinez and Santa Rosa, are offering support as they seek answers about why the suspect was free despite earlier arrests and immigration concerns.
