Selah Towns Arrested on Murder Charges After Road Worker Ronnie Franklin Dies (kymkemp.com) — A 20-year-old road worker from McKinleyville, Ronnie Franklin, has died after being struck in a closed Broadway construction lane, leading CHP to arrest the driver on suspicion of murder. His family is honoring his wish to be an organ donor, and potential charges are now in the hands of the Humboldt County District Attorney's Office.
3.
