Roy Tsatoke Has Been Missing Two Years, and Police Believe Someone Knows Where He Went (kymkemp.com) — Police are renewing calls for information two years after 25-year-old Roy Tsatoke was last seen on Hiller Road in McKinleyville, where investigators believe he accepted a ride toward Willow Creek. If you live, work, or travel near that area and remember anything unusual from that night, detectives are asking you to contact the Arcata Police Department.
