The city of Menifee invites all to the annual city Independence Day celebration.

Event Timeline 6 AM: Road Closure on La Piedra Road (Between Menifee Road and Antelope Road)
5 PM: Event Begins! Parade & Opening Band: Fluminis
6:30 PM: Headlining Band: The Phat Cat Swinger Band
9 PM: Fireworks Show
11 PM: La Piedra Road Re-opens

ROAD CLOSURE & PARKING

La Piedra Road will be closed on June 27, 2026 from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. 

Parking will be located at MSJC Parking lot, please enter parking lot from Antelope Road.

SHUTTLES

• 2 Shuttles will be running the entire event (except during the parade from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.). 
• Pick up will be at the MSJC Bus Station located in their Parking Lot.
• Drop off will be at the Bell Mountain Middle School loop in front of the school.

Kidzone

An adult (18+) must be present with a minor when in the Kidzone area and for the entirety of the event. Wristbands are $20 per child. Only cash will be accepted; ATMs will be on site.

Safety Tips

• Take a picture of your child before entering the Kidzone.
• Have a pre-determined meeting spot if your group gets separated.
• If separated, find Menifee PD or a City staff member for support.
