10th Annual Wine, Croquet and Music Charity Fundraising Event

Come JOIN the Ivy and Pearls Foundation of the Rho Delta Omega Chapter, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, in support of our 10th Annual Wine, Croquet and Music Charity Fundraising Extravaganza.

This upscale, “Great Gatsby” like, all white attire event featuring a croquet tournament, wine tasting, gourmet lunch, live jazz, and silent auction will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 12pm to 5pm at the beautiful Spanish Mediterranean-style Lucie Stern Community Center in Palo Alto.

With your assistance, we hope to make our 10th Annual Wine, Croquet & Music Charity Fundraising Event a triumphant success, to fund the following endeavors through our Ivy and Pearls Foundation:

• Need-based +/- merit-based college scholarships for Bay Area African American youth
• Support of the ASCEND Youth Empowerment Program
• Co-sponsorship of the AACHAC Women’s Health Initiative Conference
• Ongoing teaming with the Alzheimer’s Association-The Longest Day event
• Relief for victims of recent shooting incident at Mother Emmanuel Church
