Alleged Drunk Drivers Hit Head-On: He Gets 44 Days, She Gets 2
Two hours after the accident, Yungee Kim was found by police, missing his shoes and falling down as officers contacted him, according to the DA.

An alleged drunk driver who ran head-on intoĀ another intoxicated motorist in a Menlo Park intersection in late summer ofĀ 2012Ā pleaded no contest Tuesday to misdemeanor drunk driving, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney's office, and will serveĀ 44 days jail and probation time.
Yungee Kim, 42, will serve the term beginning March 15. He must also serve 200 hours of community service. His driverās license was suspended for one year.
According to the district attorney, Kim ran into Zaquis Jahrona Coleman about 2:30 a.m. at the intersection of Chrysler Drive andĀ the Bayfront Expressway, then took off on foot. Coleman tested atĀ .18/.19 blood alcohol.

She was uninjured, but a passenger suffered a compound fracture to her left wrist, and was taken to a hospital.
