NORTHERN CALIFORNIA - As we head into the new work week, we've rounded up the stories you may have missed Saturday through Monday to prepare you for the week ahead.

First, five were injured in a stabbing at a restaurant in the Bay Area.

Novato police are asking the public’s help seeking the driver who left an 8-year-old in the road after colliding with their bike Saturday afternoon. The driver of a newer black Mercedes described as an older woman is said to have briefly acknowledged the child before speeding away. A passerby stopped to help the child, who had minor injuries.

Finally, some shaking animals and a lot of barking and bleating: three earthquakes struck just two miles away from the San Francisco Zoo Saturday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
