Menlo Park Fire Protection District Announces Board Changes
The District provides emergency services to Atherton, East Palo Alto, Menlo Park and areas of unincorporated San Mateo County.
MENLO PARK, CA- Recently re-elected Menlo Park Fire Protection District Board member Rob Silano has been appointed board president, the Menlo Park Fire Protection District announced Friday.
Also, long-time board member Peter Carpenter has become vice president of the board of directors for 2016.
The Menlo Park Fire Protection District provides emergency services to Atherton, East Palo Alto, Menlo Park and areas of unincorporated San Mateo County.

The fire district will celebrate its 100th year of service in June. This year district officials are planning to both open a new fire station in East Palo Alto and break ground on a downtown Menlo Park fire station.
