Police Hunting Indecent Exposure Suspect

Do you recognize this man? Palo Alto Police say he was seen masturbating in his parked car on a busy downtown street last weekend. 



A woman called 911 to report the incident in the 400 block of Ramona Street. According to police, “The woman knocked on the passenger’s side window and yelled at him.” The man drove away immediately.

Officers checked the area but were not able to locate the car or the suspect. 



The victim described the suspect as a “Middle Eastern or Hispanic” male between 30 and 35 years old. He was wearing a thin-striped, short-sleeved T-shirt and jeans. He was lightly unshaven.

His jeans remained on during the incident, but were unzipped and open.

The suspect’s vehicle was a newer black 4-door Toyota Camry with tinted side windows. The vehicle had paper license plates. 



Detectives are investigating this incident which occurred on Jan. 11 at around 5:40 p.m.
