Police Hunting Indecent Exposure Suspect

The suspect was driving a black Toyota Camry.


Do you recognize this man? Palo Alto Police say he was seen masturbating in his parked car on a busy downtown street last weekend. 



A woman called 911 to report the incident in the 400 block of Ramona Street. According to police, ā€œThe woman knocked on the passenger’s side window and yelled at him.ā€ The man drove away immediately.

Officers checked the area but were not able to locate the car or the suspect.

The victim described the suspect as a ā€œMiddle Eastern or Hispanicā€ male between 30 and 35 years old. He was wearing a thin-striped, short-sleeved T-shirt and jeans. He was lightly unshaven.

His jeans remained on during the incident, but were unzipped and open.

The suspect’s vehicle was a newer black 4-door Toyota Camry with tinted side windows. The vehicle had paper license plates. 



Detectives are investigating this incident which occurred on Jan. 11 at around 5:40 p.m.
