San Mateo County Still Needs Election Day Workers; Earn Up to $148

San Mateo County officials say they are still looking for election officers.

If you are looking to get involved in the community and the democratic process, San Mateo elections officials have just the job for you.

“The San Mateo County’s Registration & Elections Division is still looking for capable citizens to fill some important Election Day jobs,” elections officials announced via Nextdoor on Tuesday. “This is a unique opportunity to be a part of democracy in action while making a difference in your community.”

You can earn up to $148 for helping out with election day duties, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

There is a three hour training class workers must attend.
