Tarlton Properties Announces Intersect ENT Lease Expansion and Extension

Tarlton Properties, Inc. (TPI), a commercial property development and asset manager, announced Intersect ENT has signed a long-term lease expansion for an additional 18,000 square feet at 1555 Adams Drive in Menlo Park. Intersect ENT now has a long-term lease on the entire building, totaling more than 50,000 square feet.
