The City of Millbrae is transitioning to City Council Districts and needs your help to draw the map! 

If you received your water bill in the month of December, you should have also received a Community of Interest form. This form helps us hear from your community and how you want your neighborhood to be represented.

You can return your filled out COI Form to the Water Payment box or mail them to “ Attn: Acting City Clerk Eduardo Gonzalez 621 Magnolia Ave, Millbrae, CA 94030”
