City Of Millbrae Thanks MLK Day Of Service Volunteers

We want to give a big shout out and thank all the volunteers who came out for the Millbrae Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service on January 20th. During the Day of Service, 45 people helped transplant rose bushes and other plants from the site of the former Millbrae Community Center to the Community Garden in Central Park. They also helped clean-up and beautify Central Park and the Community Garden by picking up litter and tidying-up the sites. In total, they contributed more than 120 service hours on MLK Day. Thank you again to all the volunteers for spending your day off helping beautify and uplift Millbrae.
